An expansive corner lot was the starting point for this stately Georgian-European home. Ripple Design Studio regraded the hillside to create three distinct levels and sited the house to capture the Seattle and mountain views. A formal drive for guests leads to a grand courtyard while a secondary drive concludes in a family-friendly mudroom. Covered terraces serve as the connection point between the landscaping and the interior. The home’s refined and gracious character is carried throughout the spaces, evident in the ceiling scrollwork, plaster detailing, and touches of black.
