This elegant Eastside home emerged after a house fire required a complete rebuild. Ripple Design Studio maintained the traditional character of the previous design while introducing modern enhancements. To increase the square footage without altering the footprint, a basement was added, creating ample space for a dedicated wine cellar, custom aquarium, and fitness area. Upstairs, the reimagined floor plan allows for greater efficiency and flow. The gracious interior with its expansive ceilings, extensive millwork, and touches of marble are beautifully balanced with soft furnishings and lush views of the surrounding flora and fauna.
